Take I-5 North from Seattle 64 miles. |

Take the WA-State Hwy 20 exit number 230, going east toward Burlington 0.38 miles. |

Turn Left onto BURLINGTON BLVD, drive 0.42 miles |

Just north of downtown Burlington, turn right or east onto WA-State Hwy 20/Avon Ave., xontinue to follow WA-State Hwy 20 through Sedro-Woolley and upper Skagit river towns. |

An alternate route that avoids the strip mall of Burlington is to drive two miles beyond the 230 exit and take the Cook road exit, No. 232. Turn right or east and follow that about four miles until you reach the intersection with Hwy. 20, just west of Sedro-Woolley. Turn left or east onto Hwy. 20. |

If you take the 230 exit and follow those directions to Hwy 20, you can stay on Hwy 20 all the way up the river. But if you have time, you will enjoy the small historic towns of Lyman, Hamilton, Concrete, Rockport and Marblemount. |

Sedro-Woolley, five miles east of Burlington, is the last town with full services, including auto repair, and there is one 24-hour gas station on Ferry street and one 24-hour market at Crossroads Square, just outside of town. |

You will reach Marblemount about 37 miles east of Sedro-Woolley. Hwy. 20 turns at a 90-degree angle left or north at the Log Cabin Inn restaurant. You will find Alpine RV Park about two miles north of town. |

Leaving downtown Vancouver on Hwy. 99, turn south onto I-5. You will stay on the freeway through the International Border at Blaine.44 miles from Vancouver, you will turn east from I-5 at Exit 232/Cook road.Continue east on Cook road 4.5 miles to the junction of Hwy. 20 just outside of Sedro-Woolley and turn left or east.Sedro-Woolley, five miles east of Burlington, is the last town with full services, including auto repair, and there is one 24-hour gas station on Ferry street and one 24-hour market at Crossroads Square, just outside of town.You can stay on Hwy. 20 all the way to Alpine RV Park. From Winthrop
Bridge street going west out of town becomes WA-State Hwy 20. Portions may be closed seasonally and the road is closed from Early Winters to the west side of the Cascades for a few months during the deepest snowfall of the winter. It is about 87 miles from Winthrop to Alpine RV Park. You will follow Hwy 20 the entire way. Alpine RV Park is two miles north of Marblemount. The distance is 87 miles and the estimated driving time is 2 hours. |
